Deskhand is an AI-powered chatbot and business messaging automation platform operated by Deskhand ("we," "us"). By connecting a chat widget, WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, or Instagram professional account to Deskhand, you ("you," "the client") agree to these terms.
Deskhand lets a business connect its website chat widget, WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, and/or Instagram professional account so that an AI assistant can automatically answer visitor and customer questions, capture leads, and (where enabled) route Facebook/Instagram Lead Ad submissions and report on connected ad account performance, using information the client provides about their own business.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, policies, and content you provide for the AI to use, and for having the authority to connect the Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business Account, or ad account you link to your Deskhand bot. You agree not to use the service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates Meta's own platform policies.
Where you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business Account, your use of that connection is also subject to Meta's own Facebook Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms, and Meta Platform Terms, as applicable.

We aim to keep Deskhand available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated replies are based on the information provided and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — the service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.
Either party may stop using or disconnecting the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a client that violates these terms or Meta's platform policies.
