Deskhand ("we," "us") is an AI-powered chatbot and business messaging automation platform operated by Deskhand (https://deskhand.com.sg). This policy explains what data we collect through our chat widgets and WhatsApp Business messaging integrations, and how it's used.
When a visitor uses a chat widget or messages a business's WhatsApp number connected to Deskhand, we may collect: the message content, a phone number or anonymous visitor identifier, and, if voluntarily provided during the conversation, a name, email address, or phone number for follow-up (a "lead").
This data is used solely to generate accurate, relevant replies on behalf of the business operating that chat widget or WhatsApp number, and to notify that business of leads or inquiries a visitor submits. We do not sell this data or share it with unrelated third parties.
Where a business connects their WhatsApp Business Account to Deskhand, message content is processed via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to send and receive messages, subject to Meta's own WhatsApp Business Terms.
To request deletion of your data, contact us through shaun@zeusmarketing.sg. If you connected to us via Facebook Login, Meta may also relay a deletion request to our automated endpoint, which is handled per our data deletion process.
