User Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete data held by Deskhand, operated by Deskhand (https://deskhand.com.sg). It covers every Deskhand application you can connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account to, including our chat and messaging integrations and our advertising tools.

What we hold

When you authorise a Deskhand application through Facebook Login, we store only what is needed to provide the service you asked for:

• Access tokens issued by Meta, stored encrypted, used to make requests on your behalf.
• Account identifiers — Page IDs, ad account IDs, business IDs, WhatsApp Business Account IDs and the names attached to them.
• Advertising performance data retrieved from connected ad accounts, such as campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks and conversion counts.
• Message and conversation data where you use our chat or WhatsApp features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• The name and profile picture of the person who completed the connection, shown in the portal so your team can see who linked the account.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

How to delete your data

1. Remove the app from Facebook

Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find the Deskhand application, and choose Remove. This invalidates the access token we hold immediately, so the application can no longer reach your accounts. Meta then sends us an automated deletion request, which our systems process without any further action from you.

2. Ask us directly

Write to us through shaun@zeusmarketing.sg with the subject “Data deletion request”, telling us which application you connected and which Facebook account, Page or ad account it was. We will never ask you for your password.

What happens next

• We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
• Stored tokens, identifiers, conversation records and retrieved performance data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
• We confirm by email once deletion is complete.

Deleting your data with us does not change anything inside your own Meta account. Your campaigns, Pages, ad accounts and messages remain exactly as they are — we only remove the copies and credentials held on our side.

Data we may need to keep

Where the law requires it, we may retain a limited record such as invoices and transaction history for tax and accounting purposes. These are kept only for the period the law requires, are held separately from the data described above, and are never used to access your Meta accounts.
